Most of our standard gym memberships begin at $19.99 (this excludes Jersey City).This gives you basic access to Club Metro USA amenities, but many members choose to customize their memberships with extras like classes or personal training. To get specific pricing for your needs, please contact the Club Metro USA health club you are interested in joining. They’ll be happy to help you customize a gym membership to meet your needs.
+ How old must I be to join Club Metro USA?
Anyone under the age of 18 wishing to become a member at Club Metro USA must have parental consent to join. Any member under the age of 16 must have parental consent as well as be accompanied by an adult at all times. Minimum age requirements may vary by location; please contact your local Club Metro USA fitness center for more details.
+ I haven’t exercised in a while. Is Club Metro USA right for me?
Absolutely! At Club Metro USA, we offer a supportive environment for you to achieve your personal fitness goals, whatever they might be. We all have our own challenges and histories, and we encourage everyone to start where they are and improve from there. If you’re not sure where to begin, we also have excellent personal trainers who can give you the support and guidance you need.

First-time guests are welcome to try out one of our clubs with a free pass. Visit our Locations page and choose the location nearest you. The link to register for a free guest pass can be found on the homepage of each location’s page.

As each Club Metro USA health club is independently owned and operated, please contact the location directly where you wish to seek employment. You can also select the careers tab on the club’s landing page to submit your resume and find available job postings.
+ How can I cancel my gym membership?
