Aerobic Basics

Just beginning a fitness program, here's a great way to start. No matter what your fitness level, this workout is for you. Come experience the fun, energy, and excitement, this class has to offer. You'll strengthen the muscles in your arms and legs without any jumping. Don't be surprised if you meet a new workout buddy

Belly Dancing

Want to add a little culture to your workout? Here you can shimmy your way to a sculpted body. As soon as the rhythmic music starts, you'll begin to shake those hips and move those abdominal muscles. You'll improve your posture too! Feel free to add some flare to your fun by wearing a hip scarf

Body Works Plus Abs

Muscle tone, posture, balance, and strength. With this dumbbell workout of low-weight repetitions, you'll get it all. Now here's something else to get pumped about, you don't have to go solo on the freeweight floor.

You can command Power, Strength, Agility with this military inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits. Cycle Zone          

Stay in the zone with this 45 minutes of intensity. Just like our cycle class, you'll ride through challenging terrain. The only difference, we'll get you to your destination sooner

Hip Hop

Lose your inhibitions and get fit to the beat. Whether you think you can dance or not, we'll get your body grooving to fresh, dance combinations. This class is ageless and so much fun. Enjoy it with a friend.

Feeling stressed? There is no better class than this one to get out all your frustration. Kick, punch, bob and weave your way to a higher fitness level. It's the ultimate cardio challenge but so much fun. You'll leave class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on anything.

Come meet new friends and enjoy this easy-to-follow workout that will increase your energy and stamina. The included use of lightweight dumbbells help to improve muscle strength and bone density.

Step Circuit         

If you enjoy step class but want to add variety, here's your opportunity. We've added dumbbell use. Through intervals of step combinations and the muscle conditioning, you'll enjoy the overall increase in strength and endurance.
